Please allow 5 working days. We'll let you know once it's confirmed, and we'll request your records from your previous practice — you don't need to do anything.

Your first appointment is a double appointment, so we have time to get to know you. It's face to face and paid in advance when you book. You don't need to bring ID — the photo you uploaded confirms who you are.
